Appointment Policy
Late arrivals will rob you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your session within the allotted time, a delay of 10 minutes may result in rescheduling. Consult our cancellation policy for more details on fees.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
At NBY, we have a 48-hour Cancellation/no-show policy to ensure our patients can get in on time for their appointments and to respect our providers’ schedules. Any appointment that no shows and cancels within 48 hours will be charged the following fee:

If a client has not shown up and is late or has canceled three times, the client must prepay for future appointments when booking the appointment. The amount prepaid is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time, the payment will be credited to NBY.
We value our providers’ time, as they are usually booked weeks to months in advance, and we often have a substantial waiting list. Last-minute cancellations need to give us more time to fill those appointments. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. It will enable the NBY team to continue providing the highest-quality service for you and future patients and value members’ time.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any services provided. Aesthetic results may vary from person to person, and while we make every effort to achieve the desired outcome, we cannot guarantee it. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired results.
Retail
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Gift Certificate purchases cannot be refunded.
